To deliver the services you purchased: tribute production, hosting, email communications, partner attribution, and platform improvement.
Who We Share With
Service providers required to deliver the product (Stripe, Supabase, Resend, Cloudflare, AWS, ElevenLabs, Anthropic, print partners). We do not sell personal data.
Right to Deletion & Portability
You may request deletion of your data or export of all materials. Some materials must be retained for legal record-keeping (e.g., voice consent forms).

Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Contributors must confirm they are 18+. Photos of minors are submitted under the primary account holder's authority.
Location Data
Cemetery Discovery uses GPS only with explicit opt-in. Location data is processed in session and not persisted without further consent.
