1. Who May Use Xyodex
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Primary account holders confirm legal authority to commission a tribute on behalf of the person being honored.
2. What We Provide
Tribute production, hosting, voice cloning (where consented), memory books, guestbooks, and related services as described on this site.
3. Payment, Refunds & the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
Pricing as displayed. Unlimited revisions for 30 days after final delivery. Refund only if Xyodex cannot make it right after good-faith revision attempts.
4. Content License
You grant Xyodex a perpetual license to use uploaded materials solely for the purpose of creating and hosting this tribute. You retain ownership of your originals.
5. Voice Cloning & AI-Generated Content
Voice cloning requires explicit written consent from next of kin or an estate executor. Consent is stored as a permanent database record. AI-generated narration is disclosed.
6. Primary Account Holder Authority
The primary account holder has full authority to commission, curate, and approve the tribute. Xyodex is not the arbiter of family disputes.
7. Guestbook & User Content
User-submitted guestbook entries are moderated by AI. Xyodex relies on Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act for user-generated content.
8. Hosting Commitment
Xyodex commits to maintaining tribute accessibility for the lifetime of the platform. In the event of discontinuation, Xyodex will provide 180 days notice and deliver tribute materials to the primary account holder.
9. HIPAA Disclaimer
Xyodex is not a HIPAA covered entity. Do not submit protected health information.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Utah. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Utah.
